GOTHIC CRUISE CANCELATION POLICIES AND FEES DUE TO THE SEVERE HIGH PENALTIES OF THESE TYPES OF EVENT 

FUEL SURCHARGE:   NCL Reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement charge of $11 per person per day in the event fuel prices surge.   This surcharge has not been charged since 2007 when fuel prices were over $100 a barrel.

NAME CHANGES:  ALL NAME CHANGES ARE $300 BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE.

AFTER FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE NAME CHANGES ARE $500.

Name changes due to marriage are waived.

Cancelation Policies: CANCEL FEES ARE PER PERSON.

SUITE Cancelation Fees:

Cancel by September 25th:      Required Deposit amount of $800 per person are nonrefundable.

Cancel 9/26-10/31:   $1500 per person

Cancel on or November 1:  NONrefundable.

NON-SUITE Cancelation Fees: All listed required deposits are nonrefundable

Cancel on or after September 26th:   Listed Deposit amount

Cancel 9/26-10/31:  $600 Per Person

Cancel on 11/1 or after:  Nonrefundable

FINAL PAYMENT DATE FOR THIS GROUP IS NOVEMBER 1 2024:

Any cabin not paid in full by November 8th will be released on November 9th.  As this after the final payment date, no refunds will be given.

Payment extensions cannot be given due to the strict group contract with the cruiseline.

Note, after December 2 2023, at least one originallybooked passenger must remain on booking or cruise line will consider this a full cancellation if both or all names are changed.
